Angela Keye Williams
President

Angela Keye Williams is a strategic and influential business leader with a passion for driving top-line sales and empowering teams to see beyond their perceived limits. She has led initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion, and belonging, reinforcing her region’s commitment to fostering a culture where employees can grow and thrive. Inspired by her ability to motivate others, Angela is also an aspiring life coach, specializing in helping others overcome Impostor Syndrome.

Currently serving as the Store Director of Nordstrom at Pentagon City, Angela brings over twenty-five years of leadership experience across the East Coast. Throughout her career, she has supported high-performing teams, managed over $100 million in revenue, and led more than 500 employees.

A proud graduate of North Carolina Wesleyan University, Angela became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated in December 2017 through the Illustrious Iota Lambda Omega Chapter of Howard County. Her leadership within the sorority is distinguished and includes roles such as Chairman of the Youth Leadership Summit, Co-Chairman of the Iota Lambda Omega 50th Anniversary Fundraising Committee, Co-Chairman of 20 Pearls in a Glamorous World, Secretary of the Pearl Foundation, Incorporated, Chairman of the Winter Takeover events, and a member of the Ethel B. Hill Leadership Institute Committee. Most recently, she served as the Immediate Past Vice President of the Pearl Foundation, Incorporated.

Angela is deeply committed to giving back to the community, with a special focus on supporting youth and seniors. Her dedication to service was shaped early on by her mother, who owned and operated three assisted living facilities where Angela worked after school and during the summers.

In recognition of her service and leadership, Angela was honored with Iota Lambda Omega’s Servant Leadership Award for embodying humility, people first leadership, and a heart for service. She lives by her personal mantra: “Inspiring Change, Igniting Hope.”

Outside of her professional and community commitments, Angela enjoys fashion, travel, and getting her hands dirty in the garden, as she calls her happy place. She cherishes her role as a devoted mother of a high school student, and bonus mom to her two adult children. She finds joy in spending quality time with her family, enjoying date nights with her husband, and sharing playful moments with their bulldog, Titan.
